Helping leaders to rise above the Coronavirus challenges –
Half a boat just won’t float

The source of my perpetual optimism is the job I do for a living, and the way I have worked with cultural change for over 25 years now. Every week our clients discover and deliver transitional changes in their business models, and so amazing has become a common word in our vocabulary.
We set up our ADAPTIVE RESILIENCE support programme because we are dedicated to helping businesses everywhere survive the threat of the Coronavirus and come out stronger.
As drastic as current events and pivots in society have been, I would argue that this could not have come at a better time and opens up opportunities for breakthroughs which would have normally taken years if not decades to deliver.
In his opening remarks at a media briefing on 3. March, the WHO Director-General, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, told us:
“Once again, this is a question of solidarity. This cannot be solved by WHO alone, or one industry alone. It requires all of us working together to ensure all countries can protect the people who protect the rest of us.”
And on 11.3. he said:
“We’re in this together, to do the right things with calm and protect the citizens of the world. It’s doable.”
We agree and are ready to help!
